About Our Beef:

All the beef we produce is fed on a grass-fed diet all its life, we believe that purely organic grass-fed beef has an exceptional and superior taste to what you can buy in supermarkets.


Our beef is hung for 3-4 weeks (first side 3, second side 4) for enhancement of flavour. The Blackmore Vale butchery, butcher our beef and vacuum pack it to ensure a guaranteed freshness.


To manage our stock control and keep the integrity of our products at this current time purchasing through our online store is frozen meats only. Freezing does not compromise the taste and will keep the flavour and nutritional values it also allows us to distribute all year (when stock allows).
