These terms and conditions and your use of this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This law does not affect your statutory rights.

If at any point we make changes to our terms and conditions, we will notify you by email and/or a notification on our homepage.

Cools Farm Organics is regularly reviewing the prices on the website, all prices are subject to change without prior notice. However the customer will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase. We do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, commissions or errors in our product descriptions, including pictures, information and prices. Please note that prices listed on the website are price per kilo, his is not the exact weight of the product, the weight of the product will determine price.

If an order has been placed which contains products that are currently unavailable, we will contact you regarding whether you would like to cancel the item or be put for priority when it becomes available.

Cools Farm Organics is an independent, small-scale farm, therefore all our products are subject to availability. Any order requests are accepted at our sole discretion whilst we also maintain the right to decline orders without explanation.

All prices on www.coolsfarmorganics.com are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sale tax (VAT)

We offer a local delivery service within a 10 Mile radius of the farm.

If you require a courier delivery our products will be sent in boxes directly to you, insulated so that your meat stays cool until you receive it.

If you are not home to receive your box, our couriers will leave the goods in your designated place that had been stated by you. Note that if no delivery message is left, the box will be returned to the depot and could result in the products being unsuitable for consumption. Cools Farm Organics will not be liable for any products waisted in relation to the delivery note. They will also send you a message, whether text or email providing you with delivery information.

We deliver to mainland UK only at this time.

The security of your financial information is very important to us. Currently there is no option to pay online as prices vary from the weight of the product, therefore there is an option for Cash or Card (SUMUP) via collection from our pop up shop on farm or markets.

If you require your order to be sent via courier, BACS information will be provided and payment must be received before being sent. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of agreed collection and/or delivery. As we have limited stock availability that we are able to attend markets with. if there is a problem with your collection and/or delivery please make contact with us as soon as possible via phone: 07935 943699.

We hope that you enjoy our products. But for any reason you are unhappy, please let us know within 28 days of collection and/or delivery, by sending us your date of purchase and the reason why you are disappointed with the product. Do not throw the product away as we may need to recall it to confirm the problem.
