About Our Lamb:

Our lambs are raised on a extensive system, a grass-fed diet, featuring the reduced use of anthelmintics encouraging natural growth therefore resulting in a healthier end product.


Our lamb hangs for 1-2 weeks to enhance the flavour. The Blackmore Vale butchery, butcher our lamb and vacuum pack it to ensure a guaranteed freshness.


To manage our stock control and keep the integrity of our products at this current time purchasing through our online store is frozen meats only. Freezing does not compromise the taste and will keep the flavour and nutritional values it also allows us to distribute all year (when stock allows).
